Welcome to Golden Spike Apartments, a community dedicated to providing comfortable, affordable housing for seniors 62 and older, as well as individuals with mobility impairments. Located right here in Denver, we proudly participate in the HUD Section 8 rental assistance program, which helps ensure rent is affordable by basing it on approximately 30% of your adjusted income.

At Golden Spike Apartments, our mission is to offer safe, welcoming homes to those with incomes that meet the federal income limits for low, very low, or extremely low income. We look forward to welcoming you to our community!

Our 1 and 2 bedroom apartments make the ideal home. Spend quality time with friends in our community room and library. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave. Each apartment also has individually controlled heating and air conditioning. We also have:
